All of our Virtual Vice Presidents have huge personal networks, and that's where we go when we need someone.
They also have something else in common. We've all done business with each other. The best way to get our attention, is to bring us business. If you want to work with us, then bring the work. Tap into our expertise for one of your customer engagements, or bring us a new potential engagement to close. Do that and we'll find a way to use you.
Just don't send us a resume or call us just to get to know us. We won't keep anything "on file." That's not how we work. Instead, find us on LinkedIn. Participate in the same groups we participate in there. Demonstrate your expertise and credibility. If we find that we need a skill and don't already have contacts who can provide it, that's the first place we'll look.
